President Bill Clinton’s approval rating among Democrats keeps dropping like a rock. Progressives and liberals could’ve let bygones be bygones until he started these dirty guerrilla warfare tactics to quell the Bernie Sanders surge.

There have been numerous dirty tricks in play for the Clinton’s during this election. Anyone watching from abroad and not getting the news from our mainstream news channels could tell you that.

A group in Massachusetts called “MA Sanders Voters and Volunteers Disenfranchised by Bill Clinton” filed the official lawsuit on Wednesday. The lawsuit claims that former president Bill Clinton engaged in a number of illegal activities in order to suppress the vote, such as campaigning and blocking traffic at polling locations.

Many people have complained and offered proof in terms of photos and videos showing that Clinton’s appearances at local polling places in Massachusetts created very long delays in voting, causing some to miss out on voting because they had other responsibilities like work or family to get back to.

It’s believed that with the election being so close that it had a real negative effect on the primary, and as a result the entire race – as wins can psychologically drum up more or less support for a candidate. Had Bernie Sanders won Massachusetts by even 1-2 points he could’ve won another state as a result.

The lawsuit claims: “With 100,000 undecided voters and a margin of victory of just 16,800 voters it is eminently plausible that Bill Clinton impacted the final result”.

Prior to the lawsuit there was also a petition that gained 120,000 signatures requesting that Bill Clinton be arrested and prosecuted.

Here’s the full text of the complaint:

This story is false. There has been no such law suit filed in federal court here.

    • Joan M

Can you document that? I’d love to see if if you can. Kinda harder to document a non-something than a something though…but the complaint itself has no complainants, which seems a bit fishy. “To be named” is suing Bill Clinton & the State Secretary.

      • Pete Morin

        Here’s my evidence:

        1. I am a lawyer-litigator with access to the federal court electronic filing system, where ALL civil complaints must be recorded. I searched the database, and the lawsuit is not listed. Is that good enough? (There are about 7 lawsuits in which WJC is a defendant – the last one was closed in 2003.)

        2. The “complaint” shown above has no plaintiffs listed, has no signature block at the end, has no docket number, so this document in particular could not have “been filed.” To say nothing of the “draft” stamped on it.

        3. As a draft pleading, it is a very bad piece of legal work that would suggest that, if there are any plaintiffs, they are not being represented competently. As it looks now, it was almost certainly written by someone who has never written a federal court pleading before.

        😉

        • Joan M

Thanks, Pete, for your detailed reply. My bs detector was buzzing a bit on this story
          .

          • Chelle Mallory

It NEEDS to be true … he is guilty of election fraud and tampering … 🙁 #NeverHillary … I will write in Bernie Sanders if that’s what it takes She will NEVER get my vote

          • leftoversright

Unless you live in a state that allows ‘write ins’ no one will get your vote.

        • rfsb

I just read, and then re-read, the “complaint”. It looks like the sort of thing a jailhouse lawyer writes for someone down the block to whom he owes a favor, or some guy on the bus writes because he is angry and thinks he is smart.

        • Andrew Frisbie

The charges may not be filed but that doesn’t negate the actual charge. The fact is that it IS against regulations to campaign at polling sites on the day of a primary and Bill’s entourage DID, in fact, block traffic and hold up voters.

Outside of CNN and MSNBC, this was well-documented in Massachussetts.

          • tam

I won’t get into a back and forth again about what constitutes campaigning and what doesn’t. He had a legal right to be within 150 of any poll as long as he wasn’t campaigning.
That being said, if his activities were deemed to be campaigning activities, its a 20 dollar fine, nothing more. You get fined more for spitting gum on the sidewalk.

        • Bob Rushe

You people don’t find it totally ridiculous to have a former President of the United States on the streets with a megaphone outside of polling sites to campaign for a presidential candidate? If you think that’s okay then the Clintons and the fraudulent Democratic party have really got you.

          • Chelle Mallory

that’s why my comment … IT NEEDS to be true … we can’t allow them to ‘get away’ with shit anymore … otherwise they begin to feel … “ENTITLED” … imagine that

          • Pete Morin

Dude, I only reported a fact, which was simply true at the time.

It has changed since then. See below.

    • BroadwayJoeFYVM

      This smells of Larry Klayman.

    • Kimberly Vassallo

Yes there was, I even gave money toward making it happen. Proud to be of service.

    • Cythia

I live in MA & there is a lawsuit

      • Pete Morin

Yes, it was filed – for some reason it was docketed late, because the day it was reported, there was no record of it in the federal docketing system. I suspect that’s because it was filed manually in paper at the courthouse, when most filings now are electronic.

Nonetheless, I don’t expect the lawsuit to get very far.

  • rfsb

As Pete says, this is a piece of nothing. No plaintiff, no docket number, no signature. I could post a notice naming myself as plaintiff against the man in the moon in the gods’ own court and it would mean as much as this.

    • stephen

it was filed, i live in Massachusetts and read an article about it this morning in my local paper

  • Arizona Eagletarian

Patrick, we do need to see proof of filing. That would include the docket number…

    • wolfsongca

The DRAFT stamped across it gives me a hint as to its current status.

      • Arizona Eagletarian

Yes, but isn’t it portrayed in the story as having already been filed with the court… as of Wednesday? The draft is insufficient to back up the story.

If the suit has been filed, as I’d love to see it done, we need to see the suit that WAS filed.

      • Chelle Mallory

sorta like send it up the flagpole …or throw it against the wall … and see what happens ??? enough outrage and they might ??? or is this to get a ‘list’ … of names to add to her ‘enemies’ list ??? lol … I believe Susan Sarandon when she says people are afraid of her retaliation …. Whaaaaaa… I’m more afraid if she wins

    • Andrew Frisbie

This NEEDS to actually be filed, though, because it’s fairly well documented that Clinton showed up at polling sites, campaigning. It’s illegal, whether or not somebody filed the charges.

  • Rebecca Wolfe

Evidence: Bill Clinton was doing fundraisers in Seattle at the same time that Bernie was to appear at Key Arena. Security staff were assigned to Bill’s events, thereby causing very slow entry of supporters into the arena. Many people left because of how long it was taking and because it was chilly and raining. Another way to block public show of support for Sanders — maybe not intentional…maybe.

    • NoCalDataDiva

I am sure Slick Willie knew exactly what he was doing, as always. Didn’t seem to harm turnout for Bernie much, though – was the one at Key Arena the one that had 30,000 people?

    • JNfrancis

The Clintons do nothing by accidennt or without malice afofrethought.

  • Rebecca Wolfe

To clarify, Security staff to work the Key Arena event were reduced, we were told, because they were called to protect Bill Clinton at the Hillary fundraisers that he was doing in Seattle at the same time that Bernie was to appear at the arena.

    • PackCat

That is bogus. He has a permanent SS detail following him around to provide security, any additional security should be billed to Clinton Foundation or the Federal government.

  • herbdavis

    Go GREEN PARTY 2016.

  • neoconvict

Nice job, but please watch those apostrophes. It’s “Clintons,” not “Clinton’s.” It is not singular possessive. It’s super important that we get these articles up to pro standards as possible if we are to become the new media. “dirty tricks in play for the Clinton’s”

    • Bobbie Macione

Yes. Not singular, it is multiple as in 3!

  • Jeff Brown

Can’t see the text of the complaint. No link.

  • Therese Taylor

Hurrah! Kudos to the people who had the courage (and the $$) to file this lawsuit. Wishing MA Sanders Voters and Volunteers Disenfranchised by Bill Clinton all the best from Canada.

  • Cannawitch

so where the fuck is the full text of the suit? you left off the most important link in this story… and since this was the same article i read elsewhere back in march… im going to say YOUR ARTICLE IS FULL OF SHIT

    • Maerzie

Lots of propaganda about all sorts of lawsuits going around. I haven’t seen or heard anything official from anywhere. My son told me Bernie has several lawsuits about voting irregularities too (read: “crookedness”), but that had nothing “official” either.

  • Kimchi Jjigae

Someone needs to investigate bill clinton openly soliciting for her at gary indiana voter stations. She won that county by 10,000 more votes. All other counties she won in Indiana, won within the margain of 50-1600 more votes. something is not right. Gary indiana has been hit hardest by the nafta n other trade agreements signed by bill clinton. Its only of the worst polluted cities in america. Its downright depressing to look at as many ppl travel thru enroute to chicago. Its a city no one dares to stop by, let alone a millionaire bill clinton. Smells fishy if u ask me

    • Maerzie

Bill has been campaigning ON the polling site grounds of several election sites, and it definitely IS affecting the voting results, yet, there isn’t a peep about it on any of the news. He obviously KNOWS that’s illegal! He’s an attorney, for crying out loud! It looks as if he knows he’s immune from the law!! He hasn’t even been fined, or it would be in the papers and on the news!

      • Chelle Mallory

he is a DISBARRED attorney … for lying to congress… that lil thing about lying to congress got him impeached and disbarred .. but not kicked out of the WH like Nixon … wonder why ??? You know what part she played in the Nixon scandal … right ??? as an attorney she advocated for denying Nixon his rights … imagine that … and its ok to get a rapist off by blaming the little girl … sick i tell you… sick pair they are

  • Karen

This “lawsuit” in and of itself looks like “dirty, guerrilla” tactics by the Sanders (or Rove) campaigns to create a problem where there wasn’t one…. Bill Clinton wasn’t in any way interfering with the voters and their votes and even those that filed the lawsuit know it

    • Sandra

Bill Clinton was interfering with voters by holding up people’s access to vote for so long that some of them ran out of time and had to leave. They were deprived of their right to vote because of his campaigning where it was forbidden.

    • CDavies

Look at the pictures. He was inside the polling place, not HIS polling place, shaking hands with the workers. Rightsplain that away.

    • Cythia

He was 20 ft away from the door. Do not enter ribbons across the doorway to the polling place for more than 2 hrs! The MA law states that he needed to be 150 ft away. No electioneering!

  • nodomino

Bill Clinton’s cover was pulled by Bernie Sander’s campaign. Billy blow-job had become the darling of the oligarch class and that was reflected endlessly in their privately owned media outlets. Bernie’s campaign was the first comprehensive reality check that revealed what interests were served throughout his refashioning of the democratic party and the rewards the Clinton’s have harvested as a result. And Lo! The Clinton’s are revealed as the duplicitous schemers that have consumed the democratic party like a ravenous cancer. As for me, my 50 years of Democratic Party membership are over. If Hillary is the nominee of the party, I will not support any democratic candidates.

  • Scott McConnell

im a 58 year old who has always voted democrat and i see $hillary Clinton as the dirtiest politician since Richard Nixon and she looks and acts more Republican than Trump .No way would i vote for her !

    • Chelle Mallory

she is and always has been a Goldwater Girl … nothing has changed …

      • Chelle Mallory

even the logo is the same

  • valsore

Anyone can call anything evidence, but they are really just allegations, for now.

  • Chelle Mallory

you failed to mention the Children and Families act … and the UNINTENDED consequences that CPS is now stealing our children for profit .. .It is NO longer about the village raising the child .. it’s about monitizing them …. as infants 🙁

  • Pete Morin

According to the federal court docket, nothing has been done by the plaintiff(s) since the filing of the Complaint on March 31st. Once it is filed, the court sends the plaintiff summonses which must be served on the defendants. Typically, the Secretary of State is not notoriously hard to serve process on – Clinton might be another matter, but leaving at his home address is sufficient.

You only have so long to serve the summons before the complaint is subject to dismissal for failed to effect service of process.

  • mike schwarzer

BJ Clinton should hide is face, what is this creep doing in public. I guess he misses fucting the poll workers like he and his wife did to us. Washed up Hillary, there isn’t enough soap in the world.
